Interesting 1950 Charles Atlas multi-page promotional pamphlet that was issued from his office at 115 East 23rd Street in NYC. Discusses the elements of a well balanced person including exercising, proper posture, pure air, mental attitude and-of course- his Dynamic Tension system of muscle building for the masses. Nicely done. Charles Atlas was one of the most prominent physical culture advocates of all-time.
