1911 World Series Opening Game Panoramic photo print. The top section shows game action between the host NY Giants and the visiting Philadelphia Athletics. Below that are several panels and player composites depicting the excitement being generated for the 2nd post-season meeting (1905 was the 1st) between McGraw and Mack's squads. Measures a whopping 23" x 33" and is suitable for framing. There is a rip along the center fold line but it is not excessive. Period print was done on a glossy (not newspaper stock), thin-grade paper. Has age remarkably well. Ex.
