1957 NY Mayor's Trophy Game between the Yankees & the Dodgers on May 23rd at Ebbets Field official program. The Bombers prevailed, 10-7, behind the (2) hit pitching of Al Cicotte. Mickey Mantle paced the winners with a 4-5 performance. Not scored. The program exhibits lots of wear but is full and complete. The annual Mayor's Trophy Game was an exhibition contest between the Giants & Dodgers vs. the NY Yankees. It was canceled after the Giants & Dodgers moved West after the '57 season. It was resumed, again, in 1963 with the fledgling NY Metropolitans taking on the Yankees (1963 - 1983).
